Kate and Jon | Flanagan Farm

Every bit of the day seemed to align with Kate and Jon’s style and personality, which is simply the best. The day had a classic, elegant vibe to it, all nestled outside of the beautiful farmhouse and barn at Flanagan Farm.

I was thrilled to be helping them! Kate was organized from the very beginning and diligently shared her plans with me. I was glad to offer any help along the way, especially when it came to reviewing contracts and rentals. She had things nailed down and new what she wanted.

Kate and Jon got married without a traditional wedding party. It’s rarely done, but when it is, it feels so personal. They had their family walk them down the aisle and still help with grabbing the bouquet and bringing up items they needed (a plate to break and lightbulb to step on for their ceremonial traditions), but no one stood by their sides. It was the two of them and all their favorite people who were able to witness!

The reception began with cocktail hour outside on a perfect June day and when guests moved inside for dinner, they found themselves among the stars, which were illuminated at just the right moment during their first dance. These two danced the evening away with their favorite music and best people and rounded out the night by the fire.
