We start with budget development, book some key vendors, and add on wedding day coordination. We get you through the tough stuff while still allowing you to manage some tasks on your own.

Rather than getting lost in the overwhelming sea of wedding decisions, use your time off work to connect with friends or unwind in the mountains. We'll take charge of the planning and handle all the details for you. Because of the extensive time and effort required, we offer only a limited number of spots each season.

This includes everything with event management plus we're going to step in and help with the basics of design by detailing your rental selection. You're going to do the planning and while you do, we're here for you from the start, answering questions and guiding you. In the end, we're preparing your vendors with final details and bringing your plans to life for an incredible day!

If you know you’ll rock your planning and have plenty of time for it, this option is for you. We’ll begin with an initial meeting and a site visit to understand your hopes and vision. Then, we move into the review phase to help you avoid any mishaps and we wrap up by preparing all your vendors and brining your plans to life for an incredible day. We only offer a few spots each season.

Olive and Co were our wedding planners for our fall 2021 wedding and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Cassie and her team!
When we were planning the wedding, we had a number of difficult circumstances: there was a global pandemic, we weren’t currently living in Maine, and we have a perhaps non-traditional family situation (we have three kids and the bride had been widowed previously) – and Cassie and her team handled everything with grace, thoughtfulness and amazing attention to detail. Our guests were amazed at our wedding…and so were we! Every single detail was perfect, and we honestly had a dream wedding. So many people said the same thing, so it wasn’t just us that thought this. Cassie is also such an incredible human being who was so kind to us as we tried to navigate tricky logistics, something that we cannot thank her enough for. There quite literally cannot be a better wedding planner in the entire country. We’d recommend her to anyone!

Cassie and her team at Olive & Co were absolutely phenomenal to work with.
Something that became really clear to me throughout this process is how important it is for your planner to have great relationships with the vendors you hope to work with. I think one of the reasons all of our vendors were willing to go the extra mile for us (and deal with our date-change) is because of Cassie's experience and the trust she has with so many vendors here in coastal Maine.
Cassie is creative, has great taste, and if you are unsure of anything you can trust that she has your best interests at heart and won't get annoyed by all your questions.
