If there is one thing that can be said for Liya and Peter’s wedding, it’s that luck was definitely on their side. We spent the days before hoping that the predicted rain would hold off so they could enjoy their ceremony by the ocean, like we’d been planning on for months. But, not only did they get the clear skies but they also were gifted with a double rainbow to end the day.
Their day was so truly theirs with details celebrating both of their heritages! From homemade pizzelles from Peter’s family, the Chinese Characters that served as table numbers, and the candy that guests couldn’t stop talking about, brought directly from China by Liya’s family.
I loved the amount of color they chose to include in their design. But, my favorite moment was when Liya and her mother both changed into their second dresses!
These two had family and friends come from all over the world to be with them on their special day, and we’re so grateful to have been a part of it!
