Stephanie and Ian | Hardy Farm
At the end of rehearsal, Stephanie and Ian high-fived with some good energy and what made me laugh was that they proceeded to joke with their friends and family about doing a high-five instead of a kiss at the end of their ceremony! (This didn’t happen, but still funny to think about!) These two have so much fun together and it was really clear throughout the weekend!
On the wedding morning, Ian was hanging out with his groomsmen (who he knew from marching band in college) and they were just listening to music that they had all played together a few years back. After the first look, Stephanie inquired why Ian was walking around with a backpack and sure enough a few seconds later there was sound coming out of it, which gave Stephanie the answer she was looking for.
Their wedding day was such a reflection of who they are. It was a design plan where their country loves paired with a mix of more modern romantic vibes, so we blended things like mason jars with delicate ribbon and wood elements with more modern fixtures like gold flatware.
These two had a blast watching their wedding party walk in for the grand entrance– their family and friends know how to entertain! There were funny dances and props to go with it! It was a pleasure watching them thank their parents during their welcome toast! There was so much love in their speech that poured out of them.The day ended with sparklers and a sweet private dance just the two of them.
