Kendal and Carr | Cliff House

Kendal and Carr’s day was nothing short of beautiful; from the weather to the words spoken at their ceremony. It was a joy to watch them get married and help them bring their vision of this day to life. Guests gushed about how cute Kendal was and how Carr could barely hold it together, they talked about their tears and about “losing it after Carr’s sister lost it.” 

One of my favorite and most memorable moments of the day was watching the most important women in Kendal’s life say a prayer over her minutes before she walked down the aisle. They spoke about God’s timing, and how important and incredible it had in bringing Kendal and Carr together. Meanwhile, Cassie was with the men and there was a very similar prayer and it was beautiful to witness.

They were bouncing around all night– visiting, dancing, recreating old photos at the photo booth. It was a blast! The biggest hit on the dance floor was the light up foam wands! Everyone loved dancing with them! People love a fun surprise in the evening and this fits the bill! Although the evening rain stopped the sparkler exit from happening, Kendal and Carr still got to end the night with a private last dance. As we were politely asking guests to exit the ballroom, Carr started shouting at them to get out– it definitely made us laugh! 

I’m so grateful that we got to meet both Kendal and Carr’s lovely families!
