Planning a wedding is a big task that we want to make enjoyable! Each couple needs something different to be sure your day is just as you want! In all of the following packages, you will find something to fit your needs and budget. If you don’t, just ask! Consultation Package

You are doing your own planning and preparation for your wedding. You’ve ordered your own invitations, along with other stationery, and booked your vendors! Day of coordination isn’t a concern because you have plenty of helpers ready to be sure the day runs smoothly! You just want to sit down with a professional to make sure you haven’t missed any details or get ideas on one aspect of your day. We will go over our extensive checklists with you, answer any questions you may have about your day, and offer suggestions where needed. After meeting, we do the work to create an organized list for you, so you feel confident about moving forward with your planning.

We’d love to meet with you to help make sure your special day goes smoothly.  If you need anything more, we’ll simply schedule another meeting!

For a consultation meeting with this package, the rate is $50 per hour.

 

Event Design

At doting + details, we will create a customized event design based on your vision paired with your budget. Even if you aren’t quite sure what your vision or style is, we will help you find it! We develop designs to mirror your style and personality. We help choose design elements from table linens to stationery items and more. Let us help you transform your space into something you’ve dreamed.

Envelope Addressing

Addressing envelopes can set the tone and style for your guests. We will address your envelopes by hand. You just provide us with the envelopes you chose. Need help deciding? We know just where to look!

Budget Planning

Creating a wedding budget can certainly be a daunting task, but to us, it’s an essential part of planning. Planning your dream wedding is exciting, but emotion and finances don’t always pair well.  Without a clear budget in mind, your spending can spiral out of your control without realizing it. As a bride or groom, it’s easy to get caught up in the emotion and dream.

We want to help you determine a budget that’s right for you, based on your income, your family contributions, and savings you may have for this special event. After meeting, we are confident we can provide you with a budget that fits your unique situation.

Overall budget planning: $125
We can also take that service further. Once we’ve helped you determine an overall budget, we will use our financial experience to help you decide a more detailed plan for your finances.

Day of Coordination

You are organized and ready to go! You have thought of all the little details that reflect your personality and style and are ready to put them into action. We want to hear what you’ve planned and talk about the best way we can help you on your wedding day so that you don’t have to worry about it all coming together! On your wedding day the only thing you should be focusing on is love, laughter, and your new life together!

Comprehensive Event Planning

Our comprehensive planning package includes everything from the first time we meet through the day of your wedding. Together we will bring your vision to life as we coordinate everything from budget maintenance to choosing decor, vendors, and even your shoes.  Sit and have a drink with us as we show you the way!
